Our tyre protection chain is with good resistant tensile capacity, strong wear resistance ability and its working hours are up to 2000-10000 hours.

  1,The material of the links is 20CrMnTi. The diameter of the steel bar of the links is from 12mm to 20mm.The inner diameter of the respective  links is 50mm.55mm,60mm,65mm(the maximum)

   And the link is neither casting nor forging. The steel mill directly makes the rolled steel ,then after our heat-treatment, we make the links .The size of the links is up to the wheel size.

3 About our casting working life, it depends on different working environment. Normally, the casting can work at least 3000 hours in general mining plant. Our Forging ,the working life is twice longer than the casting ,6000hours.For example, the working life of castings in quartz sandstone environment is 2000-2500 hours, for forging it is 4000-5000 hours. But the life of castings in limestone  environment is 4000-16000hours,for forgings, it is 8000-32000hours.

4 For every chain to be exported, we will send another 16 repair parts with the chain.
